West Yorkshire had the worse rain on records for 70 years, so I decided that I should go to my ole stompin’ grounds Leeds, (South Docks) armed with a camera to take a look at what that looked like, and I couldn’t believe quite how angry the canal was!
Water Provides A Different Beat To Your Photography Every Time
(Below), A place where only a couple of months ago I found super calm and mirror like waters. Today’s jaunt to my stompin’ grounds was a fine demonstration of what I was saying in my last blog, about how water is so variable. A photograph of water, even in the same place will provide with endless different moods, different textures and a tell a different story in photography from day to day.
(Below) Some more photographs of today’s flooding.
